  • PROF ABDULSALAMI NASIDI V. THE ECOWAS COMMISSION & 2ORS-ECW/CCJ/APP/23/17- (The firm successfully defended the ECOWAS Commission before the ECOWAS Community Court in a contentious dispute  involving the sum of an amount more than 6 million dollars).
  • DR. MARIANE J. NGOULLA V. THE ECOWAS COMMISSION -FCT/HC/M/7529/2020 (the firm successfully defended the ECOWAS Commission before the ECOWAS Community Court in a 5.6 Million Dollar dispute brought against the Commission.
  • JIBECO NIGERIA LIMITED V. FIRSTBANK OF NIGERIA LTD-CA/A/447/2018 (The firm successfully defended First Bank of Nigeria Limited from a N200,000,000.00 (Two Hundred Million, Naira) Only Claim from an overdraft transaction at the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division).
  • SEN. HEINEKEN LOKPOBIRI V. APC & 2 ORS-SC/35/2020. (The Firm successfully defended the nomination and sponsorship of Mr. David Lyon by the All Progressives Congress (APC – 1st Respondent) who was being sued as the 2nd Respondent in the appeal of Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri at the Court of Appeal).
  • PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC PARTY & 2 ORS. V. BIOBARAKUMA DEGI-EREMIENYO & 3 ORS. SC/1/2020 (The Firm represented Mr. Biobarakuma Degi- Eremienyo who was being sued as the 1st Respondent in the appeal to the Supreme Court filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) & 3 Ors against the decision of the Court of Appeal, Abuja wherein judgment was entered in favor of the our Client. The Supreme Court allowed the appeal which led to the sack of Mr. David Lyon and his Deputy Governor Elect).
  • UNITED BANK FOR AFRICA V. VERTEX AGRO LIMITED – CA/A/381/2018 (The Firm Successfully defended a Corporation from unauthorized transactions from its account running into Hundreds of Millions. It was a landmark decision that decided a vista of novel legal issues ).
  • ABUJA MUNICIPAL AREA COUNCIL (AMAC) v. PLANNED SHELTER LTD. - (The firm defendant the constitutional Right of the Abuja Municipal Area Council to levy tenement rates within the Abuja Municipality. It was a landmark decision which overrule the earlier decision of the trial court suspending the powers of the Area Council to enforce tenement rates and levies within the FCT).
  • BEDDINGS HOLDING v INEC (2014) 3 CLRN pg 147-284 (patent dispute with a verdict in the firm’s favour of N17.5 Billion Naira only).

  • FCDA v SULE (1989) NWLR Pt 332 (locus classicus on jurisdiction of the FCT High Court).
  • NCC v UGBE (2000) 3 NWLR Pt 753 (telecoms dispute) the firm successfully defended the right of an employee who was wrongly dismissed.
  • BEDDINGS HOLDINGS V REGISTRAR OF TRADE MARK AND DESIGN (intellectual property dispute judgment in favour of the firm for the ownership of the transparent ballot boxes used by the INEC.
  • SADIQ v GTBANK (FHC ABUJA, firm challenging the freezing and forfeiture of a clients account with N8billion Naira deposit by the EFCC.
  • DANTATA & SAWOE LTD V HON MINISTER OF F.C.T & 3 ORSCA/A/181/12 (contentious land litigation involving a large portion of land at the Central Business District in F.C.T Abuja; the land is presently valued at 3 Billion Naira)
  • FORTUNE BANK V. BEDDINGS HOLDING (FHC/ABJ/CS/844) banking dispute involving 800 Million Naira) released from a receiver manager.
  • EZINNE BILKISU UCHE V J.SC, HIGH COURT, ATTORNEY GENERAL (NICN/ABJ/353/13). Employment dispute; the firm successfully defended the High Court of the FCT to a favourable verdict.
  • BENSAM MARITIME OIL & GAS V B.V SUN ESSEX (Maritime insurance dispute) Vessel Arrest.
  • BEULAH TECH NIGERIA V HON. MINISTER OF SCIENCE &TECHNOLOGY. (FHC/ABJ/CS/147/10: transfer of technology dispute at the Federal High Court) 13.9 Million USD Dispute.
  • JOHN GBERESU & ORS V NUPENG (NICN/ABJ/188/12: Labour dispute at the National Industrial Court).
  • BPS v Hon Minister of FCT (2017). The Firm successfully defended the Ministry of FCT in a PPP contract at the Supreme Court involving $600 Million as claim for damages.

  • TIMIPRE SYLVA v INEC (Governorship Election petition, Firm was part of the defence team in contested election litigation).

  • JIBECO NIGERIA LIMITED V FIRST BANK LTD (The firm successfully defended the bank's right to set off consolidate and place a lien in an account involving a revolving facility or unattended loans).
  • VERTEX AGRO LTD v UBA (internet banking dispute). The firm successfully prosecuted the right of a customer for unauthorized withdrawal and displaced the applicability of an exclusion clause or indemnity.
  • VERTEX AGRO LTD v PETROV AGRO LTD (Mortgage dispute). The Firm successfully prosecuted the case before a High Court of Justice for enforcement for a mortgage agreement.
  • ASO TIM DOZ V. ABUJA MARKET INVESTMENT (PPP Dispute before the Supreme Court).
  • ATAWODI v FRN (2017) The firm successful defended a High Net individual in a criminal trial and got a reversal of the Verdict of the trial court to a discharge and acquittal.
  • INTERPOD LIMITED V. CHIEF MADUKA (Liquidated Money Demand). The firm successfully enforced an accrued debt on behalf of the claimant with a 120 Million Naira verdict now pending at the Court of Appeal.
  • LADO AGRO LTD v FIRST BANK LTD (Contentious Garnishee proceedings).The firm successfully enforced a judgment sum of 6 Million Naira in favour of a client in a protracted litigation.
  • ABUJA MUNICIPAL TRADE & INVESTMENT V. AMAC, National Assembly (Challenging the constitutionality of illegal outdoor signage by vendors).
  • AMAC V SPEAKER HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVE (question on constitutionality of tenement rates on private building in the FCT).
